She came to us as “Maggie”, after being found stray running with two other Weims. The poor girl was afraid of everything. We asked our friends at Peaceful Pets if they could help us with her, and everyday we were getting positive new reports on her personality. She was doing so well there, and we were worried about her having a setback going to a new home.
At the end of May, we got the call we had secretly been waiting for! James, Dana and their 4 legged kids had fallen in love with her. Delilah is the official greeter for the new dogs arriving at Peaceful Pets, and has really come out of her shell. We could not imagine a better life for Delilah! She spends her days, rolling, playing, Running, rolling, playing and running some more! She could not be happier!
It seems that more often we get Weims that may be best as an only dog in the home. But Delilah showed us that was not the case with her! We highly recommend that if you need a doggie day care or boarding, you check out Peaceful Pets in Elverta! And Delilah will bet there greeting your pup! Only one warning, your pup may not want to leave!
